Kledingpunt vzw collects second-hand children’s clothing at collection points all over Flanders. Volunteers help to inspect and sort the clothing. Then, with the help of care partners, it is donated free to children in need of clothes.
Kledingpunt has, at present, 40 collection points throughout Flanders but only one central warehouse, so boxes for children are assembled in just one place. With the right material support the organisation can open a second warehouse. They have already found a suitable location and volunteers to help develop it. With this financial support they can buy tables, containers and racks to enable the collected clothing to be sorted.
